This is my second trainer...(wait 3 seconds)...of this year.

For game version: Unknown. The trainer will tell you if are not running the correct version.

Trainer options:

CTRL+7: Air Meter Runs Out Faster On/Off
CTRL+8: Fast Stasis Recovery On/Off
CTRL+9: Infinite Stasis On/Off
NUM_0: Freeze/Unfreeze Stasis Effect
NUM_1: Body Temperature Always Full On/Off
NUM_2: Body Temperature Drops Faster On/Off
NUM_3: Body Temperature Goes Up On/Off
NUM_4: Nothing Happens When Electrical Engineering Interface Timer Runs Out On/Off
NUM_5: Hack Timer Always Full On/Off

About options:

Unlimited Ammo: You can shoot and your ammo will remain at a fixed value.

Nothing Can Kill You: Self-explanatory.

One Hit To Kill: Kill enemies with just 1 hit.

Happy Shopping!: Buy, build freely! Even if you have no resources available.

Set All Resources To 999.999: Self-explanatory.

Freeze/Unfreeze Air Meter: Self-explanatory.

Air Meter Runs Out Faster: Self-explanatory.

Fast Stasis Recovery: Your stasis will be refilled much faster.

Infinite Stasis: Your stasis remains at maximum capacity and will not decrease anymore.

Freeze/Unfreeze Stasis Effect: When you shoot an object/enemy with stasis it will remain "slow down" forever. Until you unfreeze it.

Body Temperature Always Full: Your body temperature will remain at 36.99 all the time.

Body Temperature Drops Faster: Your body temperature will start dropping much faster than normal.

Body Temperature Goes Up: Your body temperature increases instead of decreasing.

Nothing Happens When Electrical Engineering Interface Timer Runs Out: Self-explanatory.

Hack Timer Always Full: The hack timer remains the same all the time.

Save Current Position: Save your player's current position on the map.

Teleport To Saved Position: Move your player to previously saved position on the map.

Undo Last Teleport: Return your player back to its position it was before teleporting.

Increment X Position: Self-explanatory.

Decrement X Position: Self-explanatory.

Increment Z Position: Self-explanatory.

Decrement Z Position: Self-explanatory.

No, I do it manually (Of course I do some "copy and paste" for similar routines).
