Good free Anti Virus + Firewall.
To say its free, it keeps up well with some of the paid ones like ESET + Kaspersky.
If you dont want to pay for one, or have a rubbish paid one at the moment, id highly suggest downloading Comodo from here!

I prefer ComboFix and Kaspersky Tools for scanning my PC from time to time.
